Due to the existing row house density of location and lacking green space, IDEO Thapra Interchange is aligned with outdoor gardens and recreational spaces. The building becomes the first vertical high-rise residential in the Thapra district, along with the views that give residents excellent natural ventilation and fresh air far away from street pollution.

The project encourages people to stay active and in shape with various outdoor activities. The design of IDEO Thapra committed by two buildings aligned in T-shape, which has a unique three-layers of activities; The first layer provided on-ground garden which is expected to be welcoming and as one explores each space, composed by recreational seating space and an outdoor running loop. Second layer on the 6th floor is an amenity garden, a design concept of particular movement combined with nook seats to create outdoor privacy. Units on higher floors are intended to have a more open and airy atmosphere.

White Cloud pool concept was selected to implement new roof facility space to maximize the excellent panorama view at the crown floor. Landscape work collaborates with architects to allocate all facilities to the top roof of two buildings. Creating a sky bridge elevated across the pool to achieve a 360-degree pool which can swim endlessly like floating in the sky as we call “Cloud Pool”. Every part of the roof garden named “Cloud forest" is embroiled together and linked by the rising path for the user experience of living in a natural, peaceful, quality of life in a sustainable way.
